THEY ARE THE BEST AMONG THE BEST IN PALILULA!

The best students, who are studying in educational institutions in the territory of Palilula in Nis, traditionally are presented at the photographs of the Municipal calendar for 2014. This was an occasion to meet them in Christmas and New Year holiday time, in Nis Cultural Center. Palilula Municipality organized "hanging out with the best" and the promotion of this Calendar. This year, students were photographed by Bratislav Petkovic, a professional art photographer. On the promotion of this year Palilula CALENDAR for 2014 "Best of the best in 2013" in Palilula Municipality, attended the 148 most successful students from 15 educational institutions, schools and colleges, but also their teachers, principals and deans. In the presence of Marija Brajdić, head of the Municipal Administration, members of the Council Ivica Stojanovic and Milos Stojiljkovic,president of Palilula Boban Dzunic greeted all the present .

"This is the sixth year in a row that Palilula Municipality promotes best students - said Boban Džunić, president. We want in this way to show the appreciation for the results achieved in education and sustainable social activities in the past year and to focus public attention on their success. They are a generation that is expected in the future to improve the quality and standard of life in our community. Our Palilula Youth Office regularly monitors the interests and needs of young people and involve them in the realization of projects of the Municipality, stressed president Džunić.

City Municipality of Palilula as one responsible urban municipality of the City of Nis, in its Action Plan for developing considerable space is devoted to linking education, science and local government. This activity is aimed primarily at supporting the improvement of youth education and reforming work in primary and secondary schools and universities from Palilula.
